Xorg.log with crash

Xorg start correctly, but after unloging fail. Is impossible switch to console
or do anything (screen remaining black), only option is use power button
(working correctly, acpid).

Kernel: 2.6.28
Xorg: 1.5.3
VGA: FX5200, 128M RAM
