With nv15_arbitration2.patch I can use all resolutions/frequencies without
flickering bars...

But it was/is also without KMS enabled...
I may open a new bug for that...

I add Ingo Brunberg to CC (Bug #24800).
He may tests nv15_arbitration2.patch and posts his "experience" with it.
