To be precise, I reverted the second part of this patch:

I.e. added "uint32_t crtc_id" back to the front of the drm_fb_helper_crtc
structure. Reverting the first part of the patch (adding crtc_id to the
enumeration loop) seems unnecessary, so it looks like the 32 bits work just
like a padding. :-)
