Interesting,  if  I  disable  ACPI  completely -  at  least  glxgears starts 
to  works! (I  need  to disable  it  in kernel  config,  because  simply 
booting  with  acpi=off  stops ACPI-aware  nouveau.ko  from  loading :( )
