[Nouveau] Scripted video decoding firmware extraction

Hello,

I've recently made available a script that extracts video decoding
firmware from the blob without having to do mmiotrace/valgrind-mmt
traces. You can find out more about it on the

along with the current support status for the various decoding
engines.
