Take a look at http://nouveau.freedesktop.org/wiki/Bugs/ for some of
the requisite information to aid debugging. Your bug sounds a lot like
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=69376, check the advice
in there and see if it helps. (Or, conversely, if it has no effect,
which would be interesting to know as well.)
