Stand-alone version of the glxtest program

Here you go.

build like this:
   c++ glxtest.cpp -o glxtest -ldl -lX11
run like this:
   ./glxtest
Example output:
  VENDOR
  Tungsten Graphics, Inc
  RENDERER
  Mesa DRI Intel(R) Sandybridge Mobile
  VERSION

  TRUE
