[Nouveau] nouveau doesn't recognize my hdmi monitor

This xrandr output only represents outputs on your Intel iGPU, not
your NVIDIA G98 dGPU. You may find reading
http://nouveau.freedesktop.org/wiki/Optimus instructional.
