For future reference, and to help others. I've been able to get the card to
boot using 

karolherbst/stable_reclocking_kepler_v5_4.7
fd1d9d32f8bc3a0e93306bc5044fb67694445e5e

and module config
runpm=0 config=NvClkMode=7
