dmesg output from after plugging in DVI monitor first, then display port
monitor

I'm unsure how helpful this info is, but I can't even boot using a 4.13 kernel
with any monitors plugged in. So after starting up, I plug in my monitors (and
often xorg crashes), but eventually I'm able to use both monitors... until some
random time in the future the display becomes completely unresponsive and I'm
forced to reboot.
