[Nouveau] external monitor does not work

sorry for the late answer. I think booting with "nouveau.runpm=0" will
solve this problem, but then it causes the GPU to be always powered
on. I suspect that the kernel doesn't detect hotplug events later on
and I am sure this is solved with newer kernel versions. We solved
issues like this in the best, so trying out 5.14 or 5.15 would be most
appreciated.
