Whatever you want to do is fine with me.  This patch is mostly for non-
Nvidians.

On a side note, if there is anything else you want documented, just let me
know.  This patch just contains the notes that I made years ago that are still
relevant today.  A lot changed since I first gave Ben my prototype code, so
half of my comments from back then no longer apply.
