Didn't know I had to do that. Without the pcie_port_pm=off option I do get
"Good" initially (on AC). When on battery, power use is high (28W vs. 16-18W)
though state is DynOff. When I plug in AC again, Nvidia card is "Bad" again
(and DynPwr).
So for now I think I'll stick with pcie_port_pm=off.</pre>
