[Ocs] OCS 2.0 Developer Sprint

Hi!

  As i promised Frank in an earlier email, i'm writing this mail to ask you 
all the following:

Are you interested in taking part in such a sprint?

Which times can you attend it?

Do you have ideas for locations? Specifically, would you be able to help take 
care of this? (a local representative to take of these items tends to be 
better)

  In a week i will round up the responses and put together a doodle for the 
suggested times, and send that to you. A week after this email goes out, a 
decision will be made on the time and place.

  Let's make this thing happen! :)
