[Ocs] OCS 2.0 sprint, second attempt

Hi!

  Now, as you might remember, back in January i was asking for some 
suggestions for time and date for a developer sprint about OCS 2.0. As noone 
except for Henri suggested any dates, please consider this a second request 
for suggestions.

  Please tell me one or more of the following:

* Would a week day or a weekend be better for you
* Any times (dates/weeks/months) which...
  ...would suit you better
  ...would mean you could not attend
