Was thinking of that approach a bit.

Even, if the issue could be addressed from that angle, there would still be
a question of performance and resource usage, as this would introduce two
separate calls (i.e. 300 ms is a common call overhead for asia-pacific to eu,
and mobile connections can be more unfortunate; even to the same
geographical area can easily be 250ms).
