[Ocs] Channel registration on the freenode server (Internet Relay Chat)

Hey,

Speaking of IRC meeting, as a heavy Internet Relay Chat user (addict?
:), I would like to register the #ocs channel on freenode for our
group and project to deal with user support (existing and potential
customers) and possibly development related questions. I do not expect
too many visitors, but as far as I can tell, it has been a very useful
medium for certain people in case the openal standard even if the
relevant irc channel does not have a hefty load. It is nice to see
some of you are already hangind around. :)

It would not alter the fact, the formal decisions about the standard
would be made here on this mailing list (or at sprints face to face).
It would be just an addition for informal and online communication
about the standard and potentially reference implementations. I can
deal with all the formalities coming up. Any objections ?
