[Ocs] Versioning inside the php server side reference implementation

Hi,

Just browsed the php server side reference implementation yesterday:
http://www.socialdesktop.org/library/lib_ocs.txt

It has a line with "$xml['version']='1.5';" which might be not clear
for newcomers trying to take a look at the reference implementation.
Would it be better to change it to 1.6 since that reference
implementation also deals with the Forum and Build Service additions
that were introduced in the version 1.6 of the specification ?

Nothing major, just my two cents. :)
