[Ocs] GSoC: JSON version in Attica

Hi,

I'm Felix Rohrbach (fxrh), a 20 years old student at the Technical 
University of Darmstadt, and I'm applying for the GSoC task implementing 
a JSON version of the current OCS protocol in Attica. I've already 
created a proposal and discussed it with Laszlo, but it would be nice if 
you could give me additional feedback :)
