[ooo-build-announce] New ooo-build and go-oo announce list

Hi,

We have successfully migrated the old Announce list (announce at 
lists.go-oo.org) to a new one on freedesktop.org:

http://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/ooo-build-announce

All of you who had been subscribed to the old list were subscribed to the new 
one, and should get no more messages from the old list.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but this makes things again a bit more 
consistent - all the mailing lists should be on freedesktop.org from now on.
