[ooo-build-announce] Go-oo 3.2.1 available

we are happy to announce that Go-oo 3.2.1 build is available for 
Linux(i586,x86_64), MAC OSX Intel, and Windows at 
http://go-oo.mirrorbrain.org/stable/.
