As per http://www.freedesktop.org/wiki/Software/LibreOffice/EasyHacks I cloned
the writer module ( http://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/writer/ ) and made
a patch removing all //CHINA-like comments (or some of them at least).

I hope to be more helpful in the comming future but this is my humble
contribution to this new project.
