[ooo-build] REMINDER: Release 3.2-beta3 from ooo-build master - delayed

I decided to postpone the release a bit. It will happen today evening or even 
on Monday.

I waited for one more important change, ooo320-m7 has been released in the 
meantime. The important change is still not ready. I am just going to update 
ooo-build for to ooo320-m7, ...

Also, I decided to postpone the branching one more week (until rc1). Everyone 
should concentrate on OOo-3.2 bug fixing, so all commits should be acceptable 
for OOo-3.2 as well.

Anyway, if you are working on something potentially dangerous, please commit 
it into patches/test or into an experimental section that is not applied by 
default.

I am sorry if the delay causes any troubles to you. Feel free to discuss it on 
the mailing list or on irc.
