[ooo-build] Making sure a branch builds

I wrote:

Too quick with the send - so if you use --with-git, you may
optionally pass a --with-tag=dev300-latest etc., i.e. master branch
name plus -latest as the milestone part. This then takes the latest
available milestone tag from the upstream git repos.

Not too useful for production builds, but may come in handy for
automatic checking of patch applyability.
