[ooo-build] REMINDER: Release 3.2-rc1 from ooo-build master

Hi,

ooo320-m8 is finally available. I am going to update ooo-build master for it 
and would like to release it on Friday, December 18, at about 17:00pm UTC.
If there are build problems, I will do the release during the weekend.

It will be 3.2-rc1 release. Please, commit only safe and important fixes to 
the common sections.

I plan to create ooo-build-3-2 branch at the same point.

Upcoming deadlines

I will release more RCs as need. It will depend on the upstream and on the 
bugs found in ooo-build. I will try to inform you one day before each 
release.

Any better suggestions are welcome.
