Hi Davide,
openssl is used not only for neon now. A patch for

	c:/ooo/ooo-build-3.1.1.4/build/ooo310-m19/configure.in

is attached. Apply the patch and a

	make -jX
	(or however that is done under windows)

in

	c:/ooo/ooo-build-3.1.1.4/

should continue the build.
