Yeah, pdfimport is not enabled per default in builds.

Looks like a side-effect from the patches trying to bundle
pdfimport.oxt into the main installation set, which also take effect
if pdfimport is disabled (which is default)?

(As a quick workaround you can build with --enable-pdfimport...)
