[ooo-build] ANNOUNCE: ooo-build-3.1.0.99.1 released (3.1.1-beta1)

Hi,

I am happy to announce the 3.1.1-beta1 release of ooo-build master. You might 
find it at

As usual, please, provide test builds for your beta testers and report bugs 
into bugzilla.novell.com for the product "OpenOffice.org".

IMPORTANT: We are after the feature freeze for OOo-3.1.1. Please, commit only 
safe fixes from now on. Please, put any dangerous stuff into experimental 
sections before we do the branch (within two weeks).


Upcoming deadlines (*)
----------------------

Tue, Aug  4     3.1.1-beta2 release (all P1 and critical bugs should be fixed,
                dangerous stuff should be disabled, will branch from master)
Tue, Aug  18    3.1.1-rc1 (**) release (only critical fixes and well tested
                fixes are accepted into the branch)

(*) The date might be shifted by one day or so because we depend on the
    upstream sources
(**) We will do more RCs if necessary
