This is the initial patch set for kde4 integration.

Patching:
 - The patches in the dev300 folder should go into that folder.
 - The other two patch files (apply.diff and configure.diff) need to
be applied separately before any build process.
 - The apply.diff file should be applied onto the 'apply' file in the
dev300 folder. It will add the appropriate kde4 entries. It is then up
to you to configure your distribution to use that patch set.
 - The configure.diff file should be applied on the highest
configure.in file. It added the --enable-kde4 option to the build
process.

I am currently having a problem with getting this option to work all
the way through the install process. Everything builds but the built
libraries do not get installed. If someone with a bit more knowledge
about the install process could take a look that would be great. The
kde4 integration is separate from the kde3 integration to make it
easier for distros to build kde3 if they so choose but also use the
kde4 patch set for kde4 builds. The kde4 patch set tries not to step
on the toes of the kde3 stuff :)

Any comments or suggestions are welcome. The widget drawing is about
90% (ok maybe 85%) done and the filepicker needs a bit more work, but
does open a file. Like I mentioned before...my current bottleneck is
the installation of the newly created kde4 folders and libraries.
