Do I need to update my source.lst file? And how?

Here is my next configuration and make error on the same environment:

sh ./configure --disable-mono --disable-kde --disable-kde4
--with-lang="en vi" --with-distro=UbuntuJaunty
--with-gcc-speedup=icecream  --with-icecream-bindir=/usr/local/bin
--disable-odk  --disable-gtk

And the error is:
