[ooo-build] GSoC Daily Report

Today highlights:

- Lots of fixes in the pushed patch, the most important ones are the
correct use of i686-mingw32-ranlib for the libraries and the corrrect
generation of dll files. Yes, that means the patch doesn't really
work, but the next one will.

- Several new patches, including one named crosswin32-ugly-hacks.diff
for things i want to fix later.
