[ooo-build] Navigation buttons progress

Hello Cedric,

I tried that yesterday! I talked to Kohei on IRC and I did everything he
could think of :)
I still see no buttons at all. Do you see some text?
There is still a problem that when the toolbar is deselected from the
view->toolbars menu, it doesn't stay in that menu. There must be some part
of the toolbar definition missing.
I tried reinstalling.
Maybe I should rebuild something? :(
