[ooo-build] ANNOUNCE: ooo-build-3.1.1.3 released (3.1.1 maitenance update)

Hi,

I am happy to announce 3.1.1 maintenance update release of ooo-build-3-1-1 
branch. You might find it at

IMPORTANT: The last changes has not been tested using full QA round. Only safe 
and important changes were allowed in the common part, so it should be fine. 
The main purpose of the release is to provide the 
last fixes for openSUSE-11.2-rc1.

Note: Unfortunately, porting of ooo-build master goes much slower than 
expected :-( Many people has other urgent tasks, ... It might take two more 
weeks until I release something usable. It might be after the fearure freeze 
(mid Octomber), so it might be beta1 in the end. We are sorry for this.



Status of branches and plans:

	+ master (3.2 development):
		+ currently support dev300-m58 (close to support m60)
		+ some stuff is still not updated for dev300
		+ the build does not work with the older configuration; any volunteer to
                  port the store-*.diff?)
		+ feature freeze for OOo-3.2 in the middle of October
		+ alpha1/beta1 release within next two weeks or so
		+ more detailed schedule for OOo-3.2 will be available later  

	+ ooo-build-3-1-1 (3.1.1 maintenance mode):
		+ only save and well tested fixes are allowed in the common sections
		+ final release at
                  http://download.go-oo.org/OOO310/ooo-build-3.1.1.1.tar.gz
		+ (less tested) maintenance udpate at
