[ooo-build] ANNOUNCE: ooo-build-3.1.1.1 (3.1.1-rc1) is final

Hi,

I am happy to announce that 3.1.1-rc1 release passed our QA and has been 
marked as final.

We are going to provide builds for our users. Also we are going to provide the 
universal Go-oo builds. It might take few days until they are ready, so be 
patient please.


Status of branches and plans:
-----------------------------

	+ master:
		+ supports dev300-m56
		+ still some build failures; any help appreciated
		+ many conflicting patches disabled; please, take a look and update
                  your stuff
		+ feature freeze for OOo-3.2 in the middle of October
		+ 3.2-alpha1 release within next few weeks
		+ more detailed schedule for OOo-3.2 will be available later  

	+ ooo-build-3-1-1 (maintenance mode):
		+ should stay stable, please commit only critical and well tested fixes
                  for potential maintenance update
		+ support ooo310-m19 (3.1.1-final)
		+ the last release is at
                  http://download.go-oo.org/OOO310/ooo-build-3.1.1.1.tar.gz
		+ I would do more releases on request if a very critical bug is fixed later;
                + might do released with less critical bug fixes during the
                  openSUSE-11.2 beta phase (September)
        + ooo-build-3-1 (died):
		+ obsoleted by the ooo-build-3-1-1 branch
