We can't 100% guarantee it. Though, the list of packages is modified very 
rarely and usually only with the major version update.

http://go-oo.mirrorbrain.org/stable/linux-i586 provides YUM meta data, so you 
might be able to add this URL as extra installation source. Then you might 
use an installer to update the packages.

If anyone could write a clever script that would download and install the 
right packages for a selected localization, we would be more than happy to 
make it available on the site.
