[ooo-build] StartupNotify=false ...

Hi guys,

	Just wondering why StartupNotify=false is in my writer.desktop file :-)
That has the unfortunate side-effect that on Moblin we don't get OO.o
launched on it's own workspace, and the nice animation effect that
implies. I could swear we spent quite some work on this in the past -
can we have that on again ?
