Urgh, I am really sorry, it is my mistake. I am going to regenerate the 
repodata. Unfortunately, it will take few hours until the mirrors are 
updated.

The ooobasis3.1-core01 package has been updated, see
http://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/ooo-build/2009-September/000303.html
I updated the repodata just in 
http://go-oo.mirrorbrain.org/stable/linux-i586/3.1.1/, missed the toplevel 
dir and the 64-bit directories.

Hmm, I really need to create a script that would refresh everything in one 
call.
