[ooo-build] [PATCH]: missing support for QT4DIR

I have committed similar change into the ooo-build-3-1-1 branch a week ago,

The change has been accepted upstream and will be in dev300-m60, see
http://qa.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=105127
