Hmm, it is strange that it did not print any more detailed error message.
Could you please try to get more detailed log using the following steps?

cd /root/work/ooo-build/build/ooo320-m12/
source Linux*Env.Set.sh
export verbose=1
cd sw
build 2>&1 | tee build.sw.1.log
build -v 2>&1 | tee build.sw-verbose.1.log

If you do not see anything helpful in the build logs, please compress them 
(e.g. using bzip2) and send them. We will have a look.

Note that the verbose log might be too verbose and confusing. The normal log 
is usually enough.
