[ooo-build] GSoc applications to file

Dear students,

You have started discussing your applications with us and we thank you
for that. Some of you are pretty well advanced in their submission, but
don't forget to file your application to the socghop website
http://socghop.appspot.com before the April, 9th (see the timeline here:
http://socghop.appspot.com/document/show/gsoc_program/google/gsoc2010/timeline).

I will request all the students to send their patch via private email to
Fridrich or me. We will then make them available to the other mentors in
order to allow a smooth vote afterwards.
