[ooo-build] REMINDER: Release 3.2.1-beta3 from ooo-build master (delayed)

Hi,

I would like to release ooo-build master on Tuesday, April 13, at 
about 13:00pm UTC.

It will be 3.2.1-beta3. Please commit only bug fixes to the common 
sections. If you would want to add a late feature, please discuss it with 
Kendy or me.

Note that I originally planed to do the release and the branch this Thursday. 
Though, we still have problems to import ooo320-m14 into git. I would like to 
do some more test build with it before the beta3 release, ... => I decided to 
postpone it to the Tuesday.

Upcoming deadlines

Tue, Apr 13     3.2.1-beta3 release (most likely the branch point)
Thu, Apr 27     3.2.1-rc1 release (only critical and save bugfixes allowed
                                   after this point)

Note that the plan might change. We need to synchronize it with the 
upstream, see http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/OOoRelease321
