[ooo-build] OOO320 in git

Hi,

The OOO320 milestones are now updated even for the ones that come from the 
Mercurial tree - everything up to OOO320_m15 is up to date.  Please report me 
any problems either directly, or to this mailing list :-)

DEV300 is still pending, no reason to rush before we branch the 3.2.1.  I want 
to double check that the new modules are sorted into the right repositories 
before I push that.
