[ooo-build] GSoC patch

Hello,

I was asked to send my patch that I worked on as a part of GSoC. My project
title Improving equation editor included mainly aligning Starmath formulas
(this is what I called Baseline). Associated with it was fix for adding
borders to non-resizable objects, which are for instance formulas. And
finally I implemented new feature for Math formulas in Writer, which enables
user to set font-height inside the formula by highlighting it (as any other
text) and change font using Writer UI.

This patch is created for ooo320-m19, hopefully it won't be problem to apply
it to master.
