[ooo-build] download-go-oo.py update for OOo-3.2

Hi Alex,

JFYI, I have updated download-go-oo.py for OOo-3.2:

	+ use the version 3.2 by default
	+ list new localizations

It should be possible to download the new version from 
http://go-oo.org/download/ now. I still download the old version. I think 
that it is cached somewhere. I hope that it will work tomorrow ;-)
