[ooo-build] REMINDER: Release 3.2 bugfix release from ooo-build-3-2 branch (for SLED11-SP1-beta5)

Hi,

I would like to release ooo-build-3-2 branch on Thursday, February 04, at 
about 13:00pm UTC.

It will be a bugfix release and we will use it for SLED11-SP1-beta5. Please, 
commit only safe and important fixes to the common sections.

Note that I would like to release the first 3.1.1 alpha/beta ooo-build from 
master the following week (probably Thursday). I will send a separate 
reminder about it. Unfortunately, the upstream schedule for OOo-3.2.1 is 
still unclear :-(

I will do more bugfix releases from the ooo-build-3-2 branch as needed in the 
future. I will send reminders in advance.
