[ooo-build] libpixmap proble using --enable-cairo and --without-system-cairo

You need to rebuild and deliver the module scp2. The easiest way is to remove 
the file "ooo-build*/stamp/build" and run "make" once again. The fastest way 
is the following:

	cd ooo-build*/build/ooo320-*/
        source Linux*Env.Set.sh
        cd scp2
        build
        deliver
