[ooo-build] Problem downloading with git

I'm trying to build on WinXP, VS2008 and cygwin 1.5.25.

I'm experiencing several problems downloading ooo-build packages with
git, expecially with 3.2.0.1.

With the 3.1.1.5 I've to explicitely disable git because I received lot
of error messages. But at the end I managed to build OOo. I still have
problems in packaging but the compilation process reaches the end.

With the 3.2.0.1 I can't start the building process. The download task
fails getting packages.

Both getting the tar.gz and dowloading via git I receive always the same
error:

What is wrong in my configuration?
