[ooo-build] REMINDER: Release 3.2-rc2 from ooo-build-3-2 branch

Hi,

I no blocker is found in the meantime, I would like to release ooo-build-3-2 
branch on Wednesday, January 23, at about 13:00pm UTC.

It will be 3.2-rc2 release. Please, commit only safe and important fixes to 
the common sections.

ooo320-m9 has been tagged yesterday. Rene has already updated ooo-build-3-2 
branch to apply on it. I am going to do a test build and would like to set it 
as the default tag later today.

Upcoming deadlines

I will release more RCs as need. It will depend on the upstream and on the 
bugs found in ooo-build. I will try to inform you one day before each 
release.

Any better suggestions are welcome.
