[ooo-build] ANNOUNCE: ooo-build-3.2.0.2 released (3.2-rc2)

Hi,

I am happy to announce 3.2-rc2 release of ooo-build-3-2 branch. You might find 
it at

IMPORTANT: I am sorry to say but we will need rc3 at least for Windows, see 
the known bugs below.

          some .doc files on Windows

Upcoming deadlines:

I will release rc3 immediately after the fix for the bug #570622 is available. 
Of course, it might change if more blocker bugs are found in the meantime. I 
will inform you in this case with another mail.


Status of branches and plans:

	+ ooo-build-3-2 (3.2 rc phase):
		+ currently support ooo320-m9 (upstream rc2)
		+ please, commit only save and well tested fixes in the common sections
		+ do not forget to commit fixes into master as well
		+ rc3 when all known blocker are fixed (hopefully within hours/days)

	+ master (3.2.1 development):
		+ currently support ooo320-m8 (probably also m9)
		+ any development is allowed
		+ feature freeze in end of January or in the beginning of February

	+ ooo-build-3-1-1 (3.1.1 maintenance mode):
		+ only save and well tested fixes are allowed in the common sections
		+ final release at
                  http://download.go-oo.org/OOO310/ooo-build-3.1.1.1.tar.gz
		+ (less tested) maintenance udpate at
                  http://download.go-oo.org/OOO310/ooo-build-3.1.1.5.tar.gz 
		+ might do more releases for a maintenance update in the future
