Do you have installed the MediaWiki extension? It is written in java and adds 
the menu entry "File/Send/To MediaWiki...". So, I think that the message 
about disabled JRE is valid. Though, it should not close (crash) Writer.

If you uninstall or disable the Mediwiki extension, it should stop doing this.

Anyway, could you please report the problem at https://bugzilla.novell.com 
against the product OpenOffice.org? We should fix the crash. Also, there 
should be a check-box: "Do not ask me again".
